THE COMPANY

INA KESS was founded in 2015 and is a Swiss ready-to-wear luxury fashion brand for women with currently 40 employees. The company uses functional, lightweight, breathable, quick-drying and highly elasticated fabrics and the clothes are all produced in Europe. The approach is to create season-less wardrobes, consisting of superior quality, functional and timeless, luxury pieces that will last a lifetime. INA KESS sells its products in selected boutiques and department stores in Switzerland and throughout Europe and worldwide via its own online shop.

THE TASKS & KEY RESPONSIBILITIES 
 

• Full responsibility for the global performance marketing of INA KESS. Develop and execute the performance strategy and set clear objectives e.g. awareness, leads, revenue, ROAS

• Responsibility for the global online shop of INA KESS - Ensuring operation, further development and KPI measurement together with colleagues and external partners

• Manage and challenge external digital agencies while still maintaining hands-on involvement

• Allocate budget depending on predefined goals

• Ensure campaign tracking, monitoring, and continuous optimization 

• Perform in-depth analysis and setup a new KPI dashboard for the management team

• Ensure that INA KESS has the right tools and methodologies to reach the digital marketing target

• Work closely with all marketing colleagues and the management team

• Stay updated on digital marketing trends, new tools and innovation

THE QUALIFICATIONS & COMPETENCIES 
 

• You hold a degree in Marketing, Communication or Economics

• Experienced in digital performance marketing (Meta & Google) - strategy and execution

• Media agency background or/and experience in managing digital media agencies

• Deep understanding of premium products and how marketing works in a high-end environment combined with a deep passion for lifestyle and fashion

• Strong interest in e-commerce - experience with Shopify is an advantage but not a must-have

• Proven track record of consistently achieving or surpassing targets through successful campaigns

• Excellent analytical skills with a strong quality consciousness and high affinity for numbers 

• You describe yourself as initiative, kpi-driven and hands-on with excellent interpersonal skills and an entrepreneurial mind-set

• Used to work in a dynamic environment and excited to adapt quickly to new circumstances

• You are fluent in English (C1), German would be a plus
