Offering a range of premium products, the company is redesigning the future of acoustic absorbers. IMPACT ACOUSTIC is a pioneer in sustainability, using recycled materials and advocating for a global ban on PET bottles. It was ranked by the respected business magazine BILANZ as one of Switzerland’s most innovative companies in 2024. The company has over 100 employees, operating from its HQ in Lucerne and production facilities in Milan and Manila. The Business Development Team works remotely from multiple cities around the globe, including London, Chicago, Los Angeles, Paris, New Delhi and Tokyo. This new role is an Executive Board position and is key to the further growth of the company.
TASKS & AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITY

Management of the international sales unit (35 FTE) including full responsibility for global sales targets.

Further development of the sales strategy to achieve ambitious growth targets.

Lead and mentor experienced sales directors in various regions as well as the Head of Project Consultancy - seven direct reports in total.

Acquiring and advising major key accounts worldwide, with a focus on the USA and Europe.

Continuous monitoring of sales performance, accompanied by regular reporting of KPIs to both the executive team and the Board of Directors.

Identification of growth opportunities and new markets.

Establishing and maintaining long-term relationships with strategic key accounts and partners, crafting strategies to enhance customer retention and satisfaction.

Collaboration with other departments, particularly Sales Support, Marketing and Product Development, to ensure integrated customer engagement and directly integrate market information and customer feedback into the development process.

QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS
​

Degree in business administration, marketing or real estate.
-
Several years of international experience in key account management in a related industry such as premium acoustic solutions or architectural building products, office furniture, interior design or architectural design.

Proven success in establishing and expanding business areas or customer portfolios.
-
4+ years of experience in a leadership role, excellent leadership qualities with the ability to motivate, develop and inspire an international team.

Strong existing network with multinational companies and their relevant decision-makers in the areas of office design, facility management, procurement and real estate.

Strategic thinking and the ability to identify business opportunities.
-
Strong interpersonal and communication skills, ability to build long-term partnerships.
-
High affinity for design and sustainability.
