THE COMPANY

​Toradex was founded in 2003 and is a rapidly growing company that combines innovative, high-quality hardware and software to create a unique full-stack offering for embedded computing and IoT. The products are used in various sectors, including industrial robotics, green energy, medical devices, and satellites. As the Head of Digital Marketing & Communications, you will report to the Chief Marketing Officer and work closely with the Sales team. This position requires international travel once per quarter.

​TASKS & AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITY​
​​

Full responsibility for the global marketing and communication plan to position the brand and product within the industry.

Develop and execute the brand and product marketing strategy to generate high-quality leads, significantly driving the growth strategy.

Lead and mentor an internationally distributed team of 11 employees (3 direct reports).

Partner with the global Sales team to design and execute Account Based campaigns.

Optimize existing channels (owned and paid) and evaluate new opportunities with a focus on digital and event marketing.

Ensure that Toradex has the right tools, methodologies, and structures to succeed.

Manage and optimize the budget and resources to maximize ROI.

Analyze and report success in terms of key performance indicators.

Gain deep knowledge of market trends and customer needs to effectively position and communicate Toradex's values and USPs.

Oversee the global events strategy and public relations.

QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS
​

Minimum of 8 years of experience in B2B marketing within a tech environment, including budget responsibility.

Proven track record of achieving or exceeding targets in collaboration with the sales department.

Deep knowledge of digital marketing strategy, with proven success in leading a digital marketing team.

Good understanding of Account Based Marketing and experience with complex products.

Ability to work with the latest tools and a deep understanding of marketing analytics and KPI interpretation to make data-driven decisions.

You describe yourself as driven and hands-on, with an unwavering commitment to achieving goals, excellent problem-solving skills, and strong interpersonal skills.

Experienced in working in a dynamic and multicultural environment and able to adapt quickly to new circumstances.

Excellent written and verbal communication in English is mandatory; any other language is a plus.
