Reporting directly to the CEO and as a member of the Executive Leadership Team, you will shape the company's global growth strategy and lead all marketing activities across international markets.

THE TASKS & AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITY

 

  • Lead the global marketing strategy, execution, and budget, ensuring strong brand positioning and maximizing ROI across all marketing investments.
     

  • Develop and execute a data-driven marketing strategy that consistently generates high-quality pipelines and accelerates the company's growth objectives.
     

  • Drive the verticalization and localization of the marketing strategy by tailoring messaging, content, campaigns, and go-to-market initiatives to key industries and regional markets across DACH, UKI, and the US.
     

  • Lead, mentor, and further develop an internationally distributed marketing team of nine professionals, fostering a high-performance and collaborative culture.
     

  • Partner closely with Sales to design and execute impactful Account Based Marketing initiatives and align marketing programs with revenue targets.
     

  • Translate complex technology products and solutions into crisp, compelling, and customer-centric messaging.
     

  • Continuously optimize owned, earned, and paid marketing channels while identifying and implementing new growth opportunities through market insights, industry trends, and competitive intelligence.
     

  • Ensure your team  is equipped with the right tools, technologies and processes - from AI-powered solutions to marketing automation platforms - to enable scalable growth.
     

  • Monitor, analyze, and communicate marketing performance based on relevant KPIs and measurable business impact, providing regular reporting to the CEO and Board of Directors.

     

QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS

  • Proven leadership experience in B2B SaaS marketing within an international, ARR-driven business environment, including the US market, with a strong track record of defining and executing growth strategies that drive sustainable revenue impact.
     

  • Strong expertise in Account Based Marketing, marketing automation, and data-driven demand generation. Proven experience in building and scaling digital marketing engines across social media, influencer marketing, and community building to generate engagement and high-quality pipelines within mid-market and enterprise segments.
     

  • Experience in channel marketing and partner ecosystem development, ideally with a strong understanding of Microsoft Alliance programs and joint go-to-market initiatives.
     

  • Deep understanding of brand positioning, messaging frameworks, with the ability to translate complex technologies into compelling customer stories and differentiated value propositions.
     

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English are essential; additional languages are considered an advantage.
     

  • You are a builder with a hands-on mentality rather than a corporate manager. You have successfully built, scaled, or transformed marketing organizations and developed strategies from the ground up, ideally within a  scale-up environment.
     

  • You are a results-oriented leader with a high level of emotional intelligence, a strong sense of urgency, and an unwavering commitment to achieving ambitious goals. You combine problem-solving abilities with exceptional interpersonal and leadership skills, enabling you to inspire teams and build strong cross-functional relationships.
