As an executive search company, THE MOTION PARTNER has been exclusively engaged by the client to recruit for this role.

THE COMPANY

Our client is an ultra-modern and established Swiss B2B service company in the city of Zurich with over 400 employees. In this newly created specialist role, you will report to the Head of Marketing & Business Development and be part of a team of five experts.

THE TASKS & AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITY

Independent creation of high-quality content for a variety of platforms and target groups, including the company website, social media, press releases, newsletters, sales documents and more.
Conceptual design and implementation of cross-media communication projects in close collaboration with the marketing team and direct support for the executive management.
Close cooperation with senior experts to create client presentations and prepare comprehensive documents for pitches and the usual industry submissions.
Ensuring that all content is of high quality and reflects the brand identity.
Monitoring and analysing the performance of communication measures and adjusting the strategy as necessary.
Cooperation with external service providers when required such as photographers, video producers, translators and agencies.
Optional if the candidate has the relevant skills: Creation of multimedia content (image, video, graphics).

THE QUALIFICATIONS & COMPETENCIES

Degree in communications, journalism or comparable.
Native English speaker; German is an advantage.
Experienced communications professional with 5+ years of expertise and a broad range of experience.
Sound experience in external communication in a B2B environment including independent project management
Excellent editorial skills.
Working directly with management is something you enjoy and is nothing new to you.
You are experienced with digital communication channels and keep up to date with trends.
You are used to presenting and communicating complex matters to different target groups and channels in a targeted way.
Experience with photography / video production / graphics is an advantage but not essential.
You are highly motivated, full of ideas and work very independently. You also feel comfortable in a fast-paced environment, are a team player and can quickly familiarize yourself with challenging topics.
