THE COMPANY

Our client is a well-established Swiss company in the finance industry with over 200 employees.

THE JOB

In this newly created role, you will report to the Head of Marketing and be part of a team of three. You will be responsible for managing internal and external communications, ensuring that the messaging is consistent, clear, and aligned with the firm’s objectives. You will work closely with various departments to enhance the firm’s reputation, engage key stakeholders, and support business development efforts.

THE TASKS & AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITY

Draft and proofread high-quality content, including sponsored articles, press releases, briefings and newsletters.
Creation of diverse content for the company, tailored to various platforms such as the website, social media, and other communication channels.
Maintain the company’s brand identity through consistent messaging, tone, and visual standards across all communication channels.
Monitoring and analysing the performance of communication measures to improve the strategy.
Build and maintain relationships with journalists. Manage press releases and proactively seek opportunities to enhance the firm’s visibility.
Stay informed about industry trends and competitor activities to improve the content strategy.
Optional: Creation of multimedia content such as images, videos, and graphics.

THE QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS

Degree in marketing, communications or comparable.
Native English speaker with strong German skills (B2-C1).
5+ years experienced in B2B content marketing, with strong editorial skills in English and proven project management abilities.
You are experienced with digital communication channels, content management tools and PowerPoint.
You excel at writing and presenting complex information clearly and effectively, tailored to diverse audiences and channels.
Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with various stakeholders on different levels.
You are highly motivated, full of ideas and able to work very independently. You also feel comfortable in a fast-paced environment, are a team player and can quickly familiarize yourself with challenging topics.
